The Nokia C6 still has not been launched in many countries and Nokia is already working on its successor.
GSMArena  reports that the C6 has got a successor in the form of the Nokia C6-01. The C6-01 will feature an 8MPNokia C6-01  autofocus camera at its back, along with a dual-LED flash. Along with this, the back cover of the phone has been redesigned.

Apart from the above said changes, the C6-01 is similar to the Nokia C6 in all respects. It will still be running the old and out-dated Symbian^1 (S60v5). I wonder why Nokia is working on a C6 successor when the handset still has not been launched worldwide. Also just an upgraded camera and a redesigned back cover don’t make the C6-01 a worthy successor to the C6.

Even though no information about the RAM and the processor used in the C6-01 is available, I hope Nokia upgrades them. Otherwise, I would suggest readers not to buy this phone.
